This part conversion, part new build of an original 19th Manor House in Esher, Surrey into 6 apartments, 2 pent houses and 2 new build town houses with basements. This project involved a total refurbishment of all structures,(the last use was as a nursing home) and included an underground car park, gym, swimming pool and landscaped garden. Particularly challenging technically was the brief to introduce a new basement into an existing building, as well as the major works underground. The original external features were maintained, with modern fit-out of the apartments and houses internally.
