Designed externally to extend a local ‘spec-build’ tradition established in the 19th Century, this terrace development of six 5-bedroom houses in Fulham is known locally as “Lion Houses”.  They are distinguished by their decorative red brickwork, and the stone lions standing vigil above the window bays.
Extra area was created by construction of a wide basement, waterproof concrete box which contained the site and provided the working platform.  Additional features include Jacuzzi & sauna, decks and landscaped terraces.
