Project description:  13,000 sq. ft. luxury new build house in extensive gated grounds in St. George’s Hill, Surrey. It includes a swimming pool, entertainment room, library, 7 bedrooms, sauna and swimming pool, and a 3 car garage. Externally, the classically design featured use of brick and stone; internally, the modern, minimalist design made extensive use of stone, natural finish timber, glass ((staircase) and slate. State of the art audio visual and lighting facilities have been seamlessly incorporated.

The hill gradient was used to reduce mass and impact of ancillary buildings and to create extensive terracing.
